2. What are bitterballen?
Our signature Wagyu beef bitterballen are a classic, savory Dutch meat-based snack. They are perfectly crispy on the outside, rich and flavorful on the inside, and made with premium ingredients. For the ultimate experience, pair them with mustard!

3. What makes beef tallow frying oil special?
Beef tallow is a delicious, traditional alternative to heavily processed seed oils. It is rich in stable fats and vitamins, making it the perfect high-heat cooking oil for achieving a crispy fry without the harmful breakdown associated with other oils.

4. How do I store the products?

  • Frozen Goods (e.g., bitterballen): Store immediately in the freezer at -18°C.

  • Beef Tallow and vegetable oils: Keep at room temperature in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.

5. Do you sell cooking equipment?
Not currently, but we are working on it! In the near future, we aim to offer specialized equipment, like a mini electric fryer, designed specifically to cook the perfect portion of bitterballen or kroketten at home.

We deliver exclusively within Thailand. Whether you are a home cook craving a snack or a business looking to stock our products, we’ve got you covered.

7. How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on your exact location in Thailand. Because we ship frozen perishables, we use specialized delivery to ensure your food arrives safely. Once your order is confirmed, we will provide you with a tracking number and an estimated arrival time.

8. How can I place an order?

9. Can I return or exchange products?
Because our food products are perishable, we generally do not accept returns. However, your satisfaction is our priority! If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with the product, please contact us via Line or WhatsApp within 24 to 48 hours of delivery, and we will make it right.
